¶ O that thou wert as my brother, that sucked the breasts of my mother! when I should find thee without, I would kiss thee; and I should not be despised.

O, dacă ai fi fost frate cu mine şi dacă ai fi fost alăptat de mama mea! Atunci te-aş fi găsit afară, te-aş fi sărutat şi nimeni nu m-ar fi dispreţuit!
