¶ As a roaring lion and a hungry bear, so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.

الإنسانُ الشِّرِّيرُ الَّذِي يَحكُمُ شَعباً فَقِيراً وَضَعِيفاً يُشبِهُ الأسَدَ الزّائِرَ أوالدُّبَّ الشَّرِسَ.
