¶ To respect the person of the wicked so that the righteous loses that which is rightfully his is not good.

لَيسَ جَيِّداً أنْ تَتَحَيَّزَ لِلمُذنِبِ، فَتَحرِمَ البَرِيءَ مِنْ حَقِّهِ.
