¶ A wise son takes his father’s chastening: but a scorner does not hear rebuke.

الابنُ الحَكِيمُ يَستَمِعُ إلَى تَعلِيمِ أبِيهِ، أمّا المُسْتَهْزئُ فَلا يَستَمِعُ إلَى التَّأدِيبِ.
