A nd Eleazar, Aaron’s son, took one of the daughters of Putiel to wife; and she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers of the Levites according to their families.

Eleasar aber, Aarons Sohn, der nahm von den Töchtern Putiels ein Weib; die gebar ihm Pinehas. Das sind die Häupter unter den Vätern der Leviten-Geschlechter.
