I f the sun is risen upon him, he that killed him is guilty of his blood; the thief should make full restitution; if he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

Se il sole si era già alzato quando avvenne il fatto, egli è colpevole di omicidio. Il ladro dovrà risarcire il danno; se non ha di che risarcirlo, sarà venduto per il furto da lui fatto.
