a nd that they should publish and proclaim in all their cities and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount and bring olive branches and pine branches and myrtle branches and palm branches and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as it is written.

Totodată au înţeles că trebuie să proclame şi să răspândească în toate cetăţile lor şi în Ierusalim următoarea veste: „Duceţi-vă la munte şi aduceţi ramuri de măslin, ramuri de măslin sălbatic, ramuri de mirt, ramuri de palmier şi ramuri de alţi copaci stufoşi, ca să faceţi corturi, după cum este scris.“
