a nd a letter unto Asaph, the keeper of the king’s forest, that he may give me timber to make beams for the gates of the palace of the house and for the wall of the city and for the house that I shall enter into. And the king granted me, according to the good hand of the LORD upon me.

y una carta para Asaf, guarda del bosque del rey, a fin de que me dé madera para hacer las vigas de las puertas de la fortaleza que está junto al templo, para la muralla de la ciudad y para la casa a la cual iré.” Y el rey me lo concedió, porque la mano bondadosa de mi Dios estaba sobre mí.
