Nehemiah 12:47 ~ Neemia 12:47

A nd all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, each thing in its day; and they sanctified them unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified them unto the sons of Aaron.

Al tempo di Zerubbabel e al tempo di Nehemia, tutto Israele dava ogni giorno le porzioni assegnate ai cantori ai portinai; inoltre metteva da parte la porzione consacrata per i Leviti, e i Leviti mettevano da parte la porzione consacrata per i figli di Aaronne.
