Then I proclaimed a fast there at the river of Ahava that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us and for our little ones and for all our substance.


那 時 ， 我 在 亞 哈 瓦 河 邊 宣 告 禁 食 ， 為 要 在 我 們 神 面 前 克 苦 己 心 ， 求 他 使 我 們 和 婦 人 孩 子 ， 並 一 切 所 有 的 ， 都 得 平 坦 的 道 路 。
