A nd the elders of the Jews built, and they prospered according to the prophecy of Haggai, the prophet, and Zechariah, the son of Iddo. They built and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel and according to the commandment of Cyrus and of Darius and of Artaxerxes, king of Persia.

Şi bătrînii Iudeilor au zidit cu izbîndă, după proorocirile proorocului Hagai, şi ale lui Zaharia, fiul lui Ido; au zidit şi au isprăvit, după porunca Dumnezeului lui Israel, şi după porunca lui Cir, lui Dariu, şi lui Artaxerxe, împăratul Perşilor.
