Ezra 5:17 ~ Ê-xơ-ra 5:17

N ow, therefore, if it seems good to the king, let there be a search made in the king’s treasure house, which is there in Babylon, whether it is so, that a decree was made by Cyrus, the king, to build this house of God in Jerusalem, and let the king send unto us his will concerning this matter.

Vậy bây giờ, nếu đẹp ý vua, xin hãy tra khảo trong kho vua tại Ba-by-lôn, xem thử thật Si-ru có ra chiếu chỉ xây cất lại cái đền của Đức Chúa Trời tại Giê-ru-sa-lem chăng. Đoạn, cầu vua giáng chiếu dạy chúng tôi ý vua về việc ấy.
