L ikewise, he rebuilt Bethhoron the upper and Bethhoron the lower, fenced cities with walls, gates, and bars;

وَبَنَى مَدِينَتَي بَيْتَ حُورُونَ العُليا وَبَيْتَ حُورُونَ السُّفلَى، لِتَكُونا حِصْنَينِ مَنِيعَينِ. فَكانَتْ لَهما أسوارٌ وَبَوّاباتٌ وَعَوارِضُ مَنِيعَةٌ.
