A nd under it were figures of oxen, which did compass it round about, ten in each cubit, compassing the sea round about. Two orders of oxen were cast, when it was cast.

Sotto l'orlo vi erano figure simili a buoi, dieci per cubito, che circondavano il mare tutt'intorno. I buoi, disposti su due file, erano stati fusi insieme con il mare.
