A nd they broke down the altars of the Baalim in his presence; and the images of the sun, that were on high above them, he cut down; and the groves and the graven images and the molten images, he broke in pieces and made dust of them and scattered it upon the graves of those that had sacrificed unto them.

Davanti a lui furono demoliti gli altari dei Baal, inoltre abbattè gli altari d'incenso che vi erano sopra, e frantumò gli Ascerim, le immagini scolpite e le immagini di metallo fuso e le ridusse in polvere, che sparse sui sepolcri di coloro che avevano offerto loro sacrifici.
