¶ And the inhabitants of Jerusalem made Ahaziah, his youngest son, king in his stead; for the band of men that came with the Arabians to the camp had slain all the elder sons. So Ahaziah the son of Jehoram, king of Judah reigned.

Locuitorii Ierusalimului au pus împărat în locul lui, pe Ahazia, fiul lui cel mai tînăr; căci oastea venită în tabără cu Arabii omorîse pe toţi cei mai mari în vîrstă. Astfel a început să domnească Ahazia, fiul lui Ioram, împăratul lui Iuda.
