T here is a covenant between me and thee, as there was between my father and thy father; behold, I have sent thee silver and gold; go, break thy league with Baasha, king of Israel, that he may depart from me.

«Ci sia alleanza fra me e te, come vi fu tra mio padre e tuo padre. Ecco, ti mando dell’argento e dell’oro; va’, rompi la tua alleanza con Baasa, re d’Israele, perché egli si ritiri da me».
