A nd for this the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul, king of Assyria, and the spirit of Tilgathpilneser, king of Assyria, and he carried away the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of Manasseh and brought them unto Halah and Habor and Hara and to the River Gozan, unto this day.

Perciò il DIO d'Israele eccitò lo spirito di Pul, re di Assiria cioe lo spirito di Tilgath-Pilneser, re di Assiria, che deportò i Rubeniti, i Gaditi e la mezza tribú di Manasse, e li stabilí a Halah, a Habor, a Hara e presso il fiume di Gozan, dove si trovano tutt'ora.
