A nd the lot of the east fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah, his son, a wise counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out for the north.

And the lot falleth eastward to Shelemiah; and Zechariah his son -- a counsellor with understanding -- they cause to fall lots, and his lot goeth out northward:
