A nd he brought out the people that were in it and dominated them with saws, and with harrows of iron, and with axes. Even so dealt David with all the cities of the sons of Ammon. And David and all the people returned to Jerusalem.

Fece poi uscire gli abitanti che erano nella città e li mise al lavoro con seghe, erpici di ferro e scuri. Cosí fece Davide a tutte le città dei figli di Ammon. Poi Davide tornò a Gerusalemme con tutto il popolo.
