S o Joram went over to Zair and all his chariots with him, and he rose up by night and smote the Edomites, who had compassed him about, and the captains of the chariots; and the people fled into their tents.

Joram, con todos sus carros, pasó por tanto a Zair. Se levantó por la noche y atacó a los de Edom, los cuales lo habían sitiado junto con los capitanes de los carros, pero el pueblo huyó a sus tiendas.
