A nd they went after them unto the Jordan; and, behold, all the way was full of garments and vessels, which the Syrians had cast away in their haste. And the messengers returned and told the king.

Los enviados del rey partieron y llegaron hasta el Jordán, y vieron que por todo el camino había vestidos y objetos por el suelo, que en su premura los sirios habían ido arrojando. Luego volvieron y le comunicaron esto al rey.
