I n this thing may the LORD pardon thy slave, that when my master goes into the house of Rimmon to worship there, and he leans on my hand, if I also bow myself in the house of Rimmon, that the LORD pardon thy slave in this thing, if I bow down myself in the house of Rimmon.

Iată totuş ce rog pe Domnul să ierte robului tău: cînd stăpînul meu intră în casa lui Rimon să se închine acolo şi se sprijineşte pe mîna mea, mă închin şi eu în casa lui Rimon: să ierte Domnul pe robul tău, cînd mă voi închina în casa lui Rimon!``
