A nd one went out into the field to gather herbs and found a wild vine and gathered his lap full of wild grapes and came and shred them into the pot of pottage, for they knew them not.

Unul din ei a ieşit în câmp pentru a aduna ierburi şi a găsit o viţă sălbatică. A cules din ea dovleci sălbatici, până şi-a umplut poala. Când s-a întors, i-a tăiat şi i-a pus în oala cu ciorbă, căci nu ştia ce sunt.
