f rom the Jordan toward the rising of the sun, all the land of Gilead, of Gad, of Reuben, and of Manasses, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, to Gilead and to Bashan.

Dela Iordan, spre soare-răsare, a bătut toată ţara Galaadului, pe Gadiţi, Rubeniţi şi Manasiţi, dela Aroer, care este pe pîrîul Arnon, pînă la Galaad şi Basan.
