S eest thou how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Because he has humbled himself before me, I will not bring the evil in his days, but in his son’s days I will bring the evil upon his house.

«هَلْ رَأيتَ كَيفَ اتَّضَعَ أخآبُ أمامِي؟ فلانَّهُ اتَّضَعَ أمامِي، لَنْ أجلِبَ الشَّرَّ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ، بَلْ فِي أيّامِ حُكمِ ابنُهُ سَأجلِبُ الشَّرَّ عَلَى عائِلَتِهِ.»
