a nd as he went, a lion met him by the way and slew him, and his carcase was cast in the way, and the ass stood by it, and the lion also stood by the carcase.

L’uomo di Dio se ne andò, e un leone lo incontrò per strada e lo uccise. Il suo cadavere rimase steso sulla strada; l’asino se ne stava presso di lui, e il leone pure presso il cadavere.
