L ikewise he made three hundred shields of beaten gold; three pounds of gold went into each shield; and the king put them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.

وَصَنَعَ سُلَيْمانُ أيضاً ثَلاثَ مئَةِ تُرسٍ صَغِيرٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ المَطرُوقِ. في كُلِّ تُرسٍ ثَلاثَةُ أرْطالٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ. وَوَضَعَها فِي المَبنَى المُسَمَّى «بَيْتَ غابَةِ لُبْنانَ.»
