2 Samuel 7:27 ~ II Sa-mu-ên 7:27

F or thou, O LORD of the hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to thy slave, saying, I will build thee a house. Therefore, thy slave has found it in his heart to pray this prayer in thy presence.

Vả lại, hỡi Giê-hô-va vạn quân! là Đức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên, chính Chúa đã phán lời hứa nầy cùng kẻ tôi tớ Chúa rằng: Ta sẽ dựng nhà cho ngươi. Bởi cớ đó, kẻ tôi tớ Chúa nói dạn dĩ mà cầu xin Chúa mấy lời nầy.
