T hen David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait; let us fall now into the hand of the LORD, for his mercies are great, and let me not fall into the hand of man.

Davide disse a Gad: «Mi trovo in grande angoscia! Cadiamo pure nelle mani dell'Eterno, perché le sue compassioni, sono grandi, ma che io non cada nelle mani degli uomini!».
