A nd when they came to the place which God had told him of, Abraham built an altar there and laid the wood in order and bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar upon the wood.

până au ajuns la locul pe care Dumnezeu i-l indicase lui Avraam. Acolo Avraam a zidit un altar şi a aranjat lemnele pe el, după care l-a legat pe fiul său Isaac şi l-a pus pe altar, deasupra lemnelor.
