T hus they made a covenant at Beersheba; then Abimelech rose up and Phichol, the prince of his host, and they returned into the land of the Philistines.

فَقَطَعا عَهْداً فِي بِئْرِ السَّبْعِ. وَبَعْدَ ذَلِكَ عادَ أبِيمالِكُ وَفِيكُولُ رَئِيسُ جَيشِهِ إلَى أرْضِ الفِلِسْطِيِّينَ.
