A nd they said, Stand back. And they said again, This fellow came in to sojourn and is he to lift himself up as judge? Now will we deal worse with thee than with them. And they did great violence to the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.

Ma essi dissero: «fatti in là!». Poi continuarono: «Costui è venuto qui come straniero, e vuol far da giudice! Ora faremo a te peggio che a quelli!». E spingendo Lot con violenza si avvicinarono per sfondare la porta.
