¿ Entraron por ventura ladrones a ti, o robadores de noche? (¡Cómo has sido destruido!) ¿No hurtarán lo que les bastaba? Pues si entraran a ti vendimiadores, aun dejarán algún rebusco.

If thieves came to you, if robbers by night—how you are brought to nothing!—would they not steal only enough for themselves? If grape gatherers came to you, would they not leave some grapes for gleaning?
