M as si el santificante redimiere su casa, añadirá a tu estimación el quinto del dinero sobre ella, y será suya.

وَإنْ أرادَ الَّذِي كَرَّسَ بَيتَهُ استِردادَ بَيتِهِ، يَدفَعُ ثَمَنَهُ، وَيُضِيفُ خُمسَ ثَمَنِهِ إلَيهِ. وَبِهَذا يَسْتَرِدُّ مُلْكِيَّتَهُ.
