P ara que el corazón desmaye, y las ruinas se multipliquen; en todas las puertas de ellos he puesto espanto de espada. ¡Ay! Que es hecho para que relumbre, y es aderezado para degollar.

I have set the threatening sword against all their gates, that their heart may melt, and their stumblings be multiplied: ah! it is made as lightning, it is pointed for slaughter.
