S i el sol hubiere salido sobre él, el matador será reo de homicidio; el ladrón habrá de restituir cumplidamente; si no tuviere, será vendido por su hurto.

If the sun has risen on him, guilt of bloodshed shall be for him; he shall make restitution. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
