Ester 2:8 ~ Esther 2:8

S ucedió, pues, que cuando se divulgó el mandamiento del rey y su ley, y siendo reunidas muchas jóvenes en Susa, el palacio, a cargo de Hegai, fue tomada también Ester para casa del rey, al cuidado de Hegai, guarda de las mujeres.

The words of the king were made known, and many young ladies were gathered to the city of Susa and put under the care of Hegai. So Esther was taken to the king’s house into the care of Hegai, who cared for the women.
