Y viendo los hijos de Amón que se habían hecho odiosos a David, Hanán y los hijos de Amón enviaron mil talentos de plata, para tomar a sueldo carros y gente de a caballo de la Siria de los ríos, de la Siria de Maaca, y de Soba.

When the children of Ammon saw that they had made themselves odious to David, Hanun and the children of Ammon sent one thousand talents of silver to hire chariots and horsemen out of Mesopotamia, out of Arammaacah, and out of Zobah.
