M as el sirio huyó delante de Israel; y mató David de los sirios los de siete mil carros, y cuarenta mil hombres de a pie; asimismo mató a Sofac, general del ejército.

The Syrians fled before Israel; and David killed of the Syrian men seven thousand chariots, and forty thousand footmen, and also killed Shophach the captain of the army.
