E ntonces el sacerdote Joiada mandó a los centuriones que gobernaban el ejército, y les dijo: Sacadla fuera de la orden de la Casa, y al que la siguiere, matadlo a espada. (Porque el sacerdote dijo que no la mataran en la Casa del SEÑOR).

Then Jehoiada the religious leader told the captains of the army, “Bring her out among the soldiers, and kill with the sword whoever follows her.” For the religious leader said, “Do not let her be put to death in the house of the Lord.”
