ف َكانَ يَطُوفُ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ فِي بَيتَ إيلَ وَالجِلجالِ وَالمِصفاةِ لِيَنظُرَ فِي مَشاكِلِ النّاسِ وَيَحُلَّها.

He went from year to year in a circuit to Bethel, Gilgal, and Mizpah; and he judged Israel in all those places.
