و َفِي اليَومِ التّالِي، أتَى الفِلِسْطِيُّونَ لِنَهْبِ الأشياءِ الثَّمِينَةِ مِنَ القَتلَى، فَوَجَدُوا شاوُلَ وَبَنِيهِ الثَّلاثَةَ أمواتاً عَلَى جَبَلِ جِلبُوعَ.
