و َجَعَلَ داوُدُ هَذا الشَّيءَ أمراً وَقانُوناً فِي إسْرائِيلَ. وَمازالَ هَذا القانُونُ سارِياً إلَى الآنَ.

So it was, from that day forward; he made it a statute and an ordinance for Israel to this day.
