و َتَحَدَّثَ أحَدُ خُدّامِ نابالَ إلَى أبِيجايِلَ، زَوجَةِ سَيِّدِهِ فَقالَ: «أرسَلَ داوُدُ رُسُلاً مِنَ الصَّحراءِ لِلِقاءِ سَيِّدِي، لَكِنَّ سَيِّدِي نابالَ رَدَّهُمْ بِفَظاظَةٍ.
