ف َتَوَقَّفَ شاوُلُ عَنْ مُطارَدَةِ داوُدَ وَذَهَبَ لِمُقاتَلَةِ الفِلِسْطِيِّينَ. وَهَذا هُوَ ما دَعا النّاسَ إلَى تَسمِيَةِ ذَلِكَ المَكانِ «الصَّخرَةَ الزَّلِقَةَ.»

Wherefore Saul returned from pursuing after David, and went against the Philistines: therefore they called that place Selahammahlekoth.
