و َذَهَبَ بَعضُ رِجالِ زِيفٍ إلَى شاوُلَ في جِبعَةَ. وَقالُوا لَهُ: «إنَّ داوُدَ مُختَبِئٌ فِي مِنطَقَتِنا. وَهُوَ فِي حُصُونِ الحُرِشِ، عَلَى تَلِّ حَخِيلَةَ إلَى الجَنُوبِ منْ يَشمُونَ.
