ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ 2:25 ~ 1 Samuel 2:25

إ نْ أخْطأ إنْسانٌ إلَى إنْسانٍ، يُمْكِنُ للهِ أنْ يَتدخَّلَ وَيُصَحِّحَ الأُمورَ. لَكِنْ إنْ أخْطَأ إنسانٌ إلَى اللهِ ، فَمَنْ يُصلِّي لأجلِهِ؟» فَسَدّا آذانَهُما عَنْ كُلِّ ما قالَهُ والِدُهُما. لأنَّ اللهَ قَرَّرَ أنْ يَضَعَ حَدّاً لِحَياتِهِما الآثِمَةِ.

If one man wrongs another, God will mediate for him; but if a man wrongs the Lord, who shall intercede for him? Yet they did not listen to their father, for it was the Lord’s will to slay them.
