و َأرسَلَ شاوُلُ رِسالَةً إلَى يَسَّى، قالَ فِيها: «دَعْ داوُدَ مَعِي لِيَخدِمَنِي، فَقَدْ أحبَبتُهُ كَثِيراً.»
