أ جابَ صَمُوئِيلَ: «ما الَّذِي يُرضي اللهَ أكثَرَ، الذَّبائِحُ وَالتَّقدِماتُ، أمْ طاعَةُ وَصاياهُ؟ بَلِ الطَّاعَةُ أفْضَلُ مِنَ الذَّبيحَةِ، وَالاسْتِماعُ للهِ أفْضلُ مِنْ شُحُومِ الكِباشِ.
